   Headline items about Crossrail-hole-inviting Tower Hamlets Councillors corruption during 2000-2006 inclusive.
   1. ’Leading’ Tower Hamlets Councillors held secret meetings with undisclosed personnel representing City of London interests who are heavy-duty promoters and backers of the CrossRail hole route through the Borough. None of the secret liaisons is entered on the official records of councillor business
   2. City and East London member on GLA, John Biggs, fails to tell what he has been upto in the name of the area that includes the Brick Lane and Whitechapel London E1 area in the context of the many disagreements that he, Biggs, secretly witnessed at secret meetings between various promoters and punters and would-be dealers and beneficiaries of and from and off the crassly conceived CrossRail project. Biggs is repeatedly asked by individual members of the Tower Hamlets Labour party to disclose information which he fails to disclose. Biggs attends undisclosed, unaccounted, undemocratic secret, lobbying events that include Crossrail plugs and lobby but fails to publish his knowledge either to the constituency ’ or to the Labour Party in Tower Hamlets.Series of secret meetings are held between Tower Hamlets ‘leading’ councillors and assortments of lobbyists for Crossrail scheme and parts linked with the project. None of these contacts get entered in the official records .
      Christine Gilbert fails to do the legal duty that a chief executive of the ‘elected’ council should do – she overlooks or forgets the duty for legal transparency and blocks repeated calls from CBRUKcentral and CBRUK [sponsors of the Khoodeelaar! campaign in 2004] and from Khoodeelaar! which had been concerned for information on the secret Crossrail-foisting, Crossrail-hole-accommodating contacts between Tower Hamlets ‘Council’ and the shady interests lobbying for Crossrail imposition on the East End of LondonChristine Gilbert is caught lying and is challenged when she makes bids to cover up for the particular role for CrossRail played by Michael Keith
      Christine Gilbert is challenged by CBRUKcentral to substantiate assertions she knew to be untrue but then chooses to play ‘silent’ in the face of the challenge by CBRUKcentral writing to her as part of the Khoodeelaar campaign against CrossRail [October- November 2004]
      Tower Hamlets [plus] GLA member John Biggs fixes shadowy meeting between ’ethnicity-linked’ ‘business’ and ‘enterprise’ elements from the Crossrail-hole-targeted area in E1 and mayor Ken Livingstone.
      Meeting turns into a farce as all Ken Livingstone wants to do is to place his arm around or upon the backs of the ‘ethnicity-linked personnel, be seen smiling at them and then be photographed while doing so…
      The ‘ethnicity-linked’ personnel are given to believe, via John Biggs, that the ‘mayor’ will have ‘#good news for them’ if they behaved themselves and play their ‘due parts’ over the Crossrail plot against the East End. Biggs aided Livingstone who gave openly corrupt premises to the effect that if the ‘ethnicity linked’ ‘business’ elements present at the ‘meeting-photocall’ made no noise over Crossrail then their future opportunities could be guaranteed! 1. No to Crossrail attacks on the East End of London - Khoodeelaar! Questions to 'Tower Hamlets Council Crossrail hole-inviting clique' - as addressed to 'leader' Denise Jones 31 July 2006' - Part 2

One of the dozens of Crossrail-hole-plot-inviting criminal confections by the clique on Tower Hamlets Council was [and remains] that the Crassrail scheme would ‘bring benefits’ to this area.
What ‘benefits’?

We have asked this same question a hundred times and there has been not one occasion of an answer. Not by the corrupt clique. Not by its ‘leader’ Michael Keith, as he then was. Not by Abbas Uddin ‘Helal’ as he had been.

So here again: we ask you, the ‘present leader’ of the Tower Hamlets CrossRail hole-confessing Council: What ‘benefits’ will the CRASSrail project bring to the East End of London?


Just in case you may feel tempted to think that we need your answer, here it is, [we don’t need you to answer it at all] There is not going to be ‘benefits’ brought to the East End by CRASSrail hole assault on the East End. There are going to be disbenefits, losses, damages, disaster.
And just in case you have got overused to looking at those plastic displays of smiling, Zombie-like arrays of all-smiling faces, mostly ‘young’, allegedly smiling all the time all across this East London borough, let us tell you this:


The schools are not producing educated school leavers to the standard and the quality necessary for them to compete successfully in the market place. This is capitalism. No socialist pretensions any more. there has to be the market-led competition for those jobs.
They cannot be done by proxy.
And those jobs cannot be obtained by proxy.
Real jobs must have real people seeking them.
And in the open market, skills, abilities, motivations are essential.
Those qualities are vital.
And those qualities are being crushed, smashed to the ground and thrown away and squandered in large numbers by the schools that have been letting down the community for decades in Tower Hamlets.
You cannot invent a smiling answer, Denise.
So, who are going to get those jobs? Pace here for later elaboration. Like the 1800 community organisations which allegedly get funding from Tower Hamlets Council to operate [more on this again shortly]. Including the ones where thieves operate. Some of those issues are going to be explored even more filly than we have done hitherto. Sp, what jobs will the Tower Hamlets people likely to get BECASE of the Crassrail? We say ZERO. Just as the liars behind the takeover of the isle of Dogs had promised that the ’locals’ would get jobs if the Big Business took over the Isle of Dogs so the Crossrail promoting liars are going to be exposed by foreseeable events as being exactly the same sort of liars and take-over merchants against our community.
Are you still with us Denise or have you tired of the demanding communications and stopped short of the details?

You were asked within hours of the announcement of your being appointed the ‘new’ ‘leader’ to explain whether you would stop the lying tedne4cty on the part of the ‘new’ controlling ‘group’ on the Tower Hamlets Council. You have not replied to that communication. You have now been shown to have been quoted as making all manner of statements concerning a variety of local issues including the statement that you have been allegedly making in the EAST END LIES confirming that the CrossRail hole would be dug in the Hanbury Street.
As you know, or as you ought to know if you had been reading the factually, analytically, democratically representative communications that the Khoodeelaar! campaign against Crossrail had been addressing to the Tower Hamlets Council and its controlling clique prior to and upto 4 May 2006, that we had said that the Tower Hamlets Council had been lying about the Crossrail hole plot on Hanbury Street.
Your statement, as exhibited in the edition of the EAST END LIES dated today Monday 31 July 2006, shows no evidence that you have learnt anything from the severe political experience that your side of the councillors received at the 4 May 2006. You have not shown that you are opposed to the Council lying for Crossrail. Your statement as exhibited din the latest EAST END LIUES [dated 321 July 2006] is another elaborate piece of lying. You must withdraw this lie and apologise to the Khoodeelaar! campaign and to the wider community for the record of Crossrail-hole lies told by the Council’s controlling clique over the past years.
You must now provide any lawful excuse for the lies that the corrupt clique in control of Tower Hamlets Council could conceivably legally have relied on for lying to the community for the Crossrail hole plot.
You must also tell us why you stayed silent all along on the issue of Crossrail when you belonged to the same clique that was making the decisions in the name of Tower Hamlets Council. As you must know we have called for the sacking of Christine Gilbert on the evidence of her lying role for Crossrail as we have demanded the sacking of Owen Whalley for the same misconduct against the community. Why have you not stated why neither of the employees should be formally sacked from the Council?
What evidence can you produce to us today that can be said to be legally acceptable as authentic proof of your independence from any cabal that may still be operating behind the scenes making the same Crossrail hole-inviting decisions as before 4 May 2006?
